How to Return
The easiest way to return your item is via our Royal Mail returns portal:
Create a Return Label
A £3.95 postage charge will be deducted from your refund if using this service.
If you're requesting an exchange, the £3.95 charge will be added to the cost of your new item, and if necessary, we'll send you a link to pay any price difference.
Important: Our return address is a PO Box and must be returned via Royal Mail only.

Once received, please allow 5-7 working days (Mon–Fri) for your return to be processed. You'll receive an email confirmation once completed.
Check your order confirmation email for the shipping carrier and tracking code or enter your details and we can try to point you in the right direction.
We are authorised retailers for all the brands we stock, which means every item we sell is 100% genuine.
Each product includes the latest official packaging, such as a branded case or pouch, and is covered by a full manufacturer's warranty against product defects.
You have 14 days from receipt to return any unwanted items - including prescription lenses - for a refund or exchange.
